Delivery Policy

Delivery of goods

GlamBox offers two methods of delivery of our goods to you. You may elect:
1. Nationwide courier or
2. Collection in Randburg, Johannesburg

GlamBox will deliver the goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within seven days of receiving such notification, elect whether or not to cancel your order. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you at the purchase price. GlamBox’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. GlamBox is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.

How long will delivery take?

1. If the items you purchased are in stock, you will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days.

2. If the items you purchased are in black, white, not in stock or need to be custom made, it will take 7 to 10 working days to manufacture. Please wait 3 to 5 working days thereafter to receive your shipment.

3. For large quantity orders, the time frames will differ. You will be advised accordingly.

4. Overnight courier can be arranged at an additional charge.

5. If you shop during a GlamBox sale, please note that your delivery may take a little longer than stated.

6. Load shedding stage 4 and above may cause delays. You will be updated accordingly.

Can I collect my order?

Orders may be collected from Randburg, Johannesburg by appointment only.

Can my organiser/items purchased break in transit?

Yes, for all provinces apart from Gauteng courier negligence can occur. Remember that courier companies utilize airlines to send goods to outlying provinces. Parcel handling is similar to baggage handling and unfortunately no amount of bubble wrap and packaging can withstand this type of handling. Glass and fragile goods are unfortunately not insured.
NB. As we are Gauteng based, there have been no breakages reported for deliveries in this province. If you have an alternate address within Gauteng, this will be the safest and cheapest courier option for you.
